Topic: Leaders and directors in organizations are normally older people. Some people think having a younger leader would be better. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, it can be easily seen that people who are on the top of associations are almost the elder. It is widely believed that if the leaders of organizations are the younger, it will possibly bring more benefits to those individuals and to society. I totally agree with this point of view.

First of all, having a younger leader in any organization means having modern and globalized evolvement in the way that the organization may have more accurate and less old-fashioned regulations and working methods. A young man can make the association more successful not only by denoting some mistakes of the past and by finding a way to fix those quickly but also by the way he treats members of that organization. An old director may know how to criticize his staff, but a younger one knows how to analyze his staff about his or her mistakes and how to improve them so that they can easily gain success together.

Moreover, this century is when young people need to be leaders. Society changes daily, and the world becomes more complicated with lots of intricate information and detailed data which need to be analyzed and checked efficiently. To ensure all of those things, the public needs more educated and energetic workforce who have modern and up-to-date thought instead of some older teams. Having young leaders in organizations may help both the members of that group and people who live in our society to be more pleasant and feel more hopeful about the future.

In conclusion, it is much greater when the younger leaders prevail in all of our associations, and it is understandable that one day, they will possibly supplant the older workforce.
