Please check and help me with my Writing Task 2 IELTS - Thank a lot

Topic: More and more people use the mobile phone or computer to communicate, and no longer write letters to each other. Some people think the skills of letter writing will soon disappear completely. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement?

My essay

In the current era of innovation technology, people utilize this for many purposes. They usually use smartphones or intelligent devices to keep in touch with each other. Thus, writing letters are not using anymore. It is argued that the skills of letter writing will extinct in the future. Personally, I totally agree with this statement.

First, the use of intelligent devices are the effective ways to save time and send emails or noticed faster than writing letters. When you write an email to apply for a job or register for a program which you search in news or by the internet, it will take less time because some programs have available forms of petition so you only fill in these forms and may not need to know the skills of letter-writing. Furthermore, if you send a letter by the post office, it may take a long time and you wonder if the state of your letter has arrived at receiver yet. To your friends, you can communicate immediately when you need or have some notice to them in order to finish tasks or change the plan.

Second, writing a letter by hand-writing or formal emails is only use in little situations such as legal matters, government, or organizations but now it gradually replaces by the communication of modern devices. To solve this issue, you can search on the internet and can write easily that you have no need to practice the skill of letter-writing and you may meet this issue once or twice through your life. I believed that by the improvement of information technology, the government or organizations, companies will use these devices for doing many tasks and solve all administrative formalities because some improving countries use the system information to administer residents in their zone, work directly and not use letter-writing anymore.

To conclude, I claim that letter writing will extinct someday due to the reign of information technology. Many people gradually adapt to the changeable of this period and use smart-equipments more popular.
