I have six and half years working experience in the sponsorship program in Christian Service Society (CSS) at Khulna as a coordinator. CSS organization has three Homes in Khulna and Gazipur. About 1500 boys and girls live in these Homes. CSS provides them food, shelter, clothes, education, medical treatment and other necessaries. Each child had an individual sponsors. y key responsibilities were given below:
- Maintain Wood en Daad Child Sponsorship Software. - To keep child personal profiles (soft & hard copies). - To send each child’s information to their sponsors. - To help children to answer of their sponsors’ letter. - Provide report as per program and donor requirement. - Communicate with sponsors, programs, GOs and NGOs. - Maintaining incoming and outgoing documents. - Monitor sponsorship activities through field visit. - Arrange training, workshop and exchange visit.
I see myself as having good problem solving skills, communication skills and team building skills. Beside this, I have good working experience in the rural and urban areas with the helpless community peoples. I have also better knowledge on computer. Now I am working in an International organization “SIL Bangladesh” as a Language and Development Facilitator at Dhaka. Before this job, I have worked in an International organization “Habitat for Humanity Bangladesh” as a Satellite Coordinator at Satkhira and Jessore for three years. Four years working experience in an international organization in program support implementation role.
