Is there anything unnatural in this sentence?
"This view of people jogging happens a lot on weekend in this area".

Well, it should be "weekends," but that's not the only problem. It's odd to say that a view "happens". (For that matter, I think "the sight of people jogging" is closer to what you probably mean.) Something like "You can often see people jogging on weekends in this area" would be much more natural.
