This strikes me as both unnatural and illogical. What are you really trying to say?

There are many many models for the design of time-delay systems. Some perform more accurately and consistently than others, of course. Many are so simple and direct it scarcely seems natural to call them "systems."

Is your point that time-delay devices for the applications you have in mind must be of one standard type, and no deviation is possible?

Are you talking about "time-delay" systems in general, without respect to specific applications?

Are you just saying that it's important that they work properly?

Yes, I'm talking about a complete automatic control systems - I tried to impress that the result of Identification(it is the first stage of design of the automatic control system - determination of the mathematica model of the object to be controlled) may be structurally different from the original object... And in the case of objects with time-delay it is important that these structures are equal ...
