Hi, Because of the two 'and's, I'd pause after 'invoice' if I said this in order to show the listener that I was not just going to continue the list. For that reason, in writng I'd also use the comma to improve readability. Clive

That is what I thought. My boss keeps insisting that there is no comma after invoice. He thinks the second example is correct.
