Hello everybody I am studying for LCCI exam but I need more practice in writting could you check and correct mistakes. Thank you

Subject: Delay in opening customer reception
Due to prepare the best re-arranged customer reception we are being obliged to postponed opening day. I spoke with foreman of the workers and he told me that they need one day longer. However we need some changes to avoid disorganization.
In result of this we will be welcoming customer to office behind the workshop.
Please remember that, in case of our customers health do not obstruct the way between entrance and office door. And ensure that oil spills are not dangerous for them.
I am really sorry because of inconvenience for you.
