Hi teachers!
There has been an argument among viewrs regarding a translation of a sentence below.
"In 1996, an employee of a Kobe, a Japan-based trading company were caught trying to export 50 kg of sodium floride."
The point is that a Korean ESL teachers translated 'a Kobe' as a company name, while some other people argue that it is a name of city.
Please let me know what you native speakers think about.
