Dear Andy,

I was sorry to hear that you've got problems. Weith gain is a big problem nowadays. It's very important that this doesn't happen. I really hope that you will cope with this problem. So, here are some tips to help you deal with your problem.

I strongly advise you to start work out at the gym or, if this isn't possible, at home. It will help you lose your weight and your clothes will fit you again. However, training shouldn't harm your main job. Also, it's very good that you take after your father, because it will help you don't give up.

If I were in your shoes, i'd find another diet that includes at least a little meat and carbohydrates, because it's really needs in order to cope with your new job normally . Also it is very important that if you decide to work out in the gym, don't use your diet as the body needs energy during exercise, which you can get eating meat and carbohydrates. Meat is really necessary in this case, because it is protein, which your body needs. I think your mom is right and you should need her advice.
