Web Development - the building and maintenance of web sites for small or medium enterprises;
IT Service Analysis - operational maturity analysis of your IT service against industry leaders;
System / Business Analysis - significant experience of analysis covering the full project lifecycle;
PC Training / Coaching - again aimed at small and medium business we can provide MS Office and Windows training on a one to one basis as well as small groups at your home or businesses premises;
Cloud Services - Online Storage, Spam / AV, Online Backup, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

Please take a look and correct the syntax and the present tense of the above.

Resumes and CVs normally focus on what you did or do.
They do this in point format by a series of points each starting with a verb.

At my CV, under my latest working experience which is written at present tense, I have written my past working experience. The problem is that I do not know how to be written and be presented.
Is it necessary my past experience to be at Past tense?
Because I couldn't write it at Past Tense, is it fine to write it as follows?
