Please can you let me know if the following sentences are correct?


1.I wish we had money to rent a two-bedroom flat, unfortunately but we don't. If we leave the property without the bailiffs’ letter, the council will say that we have become intentional homeless. Therefore, they won't help us.


2.1 am expecting an engineer from Vertex this afternoon to replace my smart meter. In case I don't make it in time, please ask him to wait at reception.
