5. Complaining to a Bank
You have received a letter from your bank, asking you to acknowledge receipt of a new bank card. However, the card was missing from the envelope. Write a letter to the bank's head office. In your letter:

Dear sir or madam,
Recently, I have got a letter from your bank where I was asked to confirm the fact that I had received my card.
Unfortunately, when I opened the letter from your bank there was no card. At once I had been trying to get through to the department responsible for issuing and providing these card to customers but there was no response. I would like to underline that this number is written in your official prospectus which I was given while I was filling in the form for receiving cards. Moreover, when I failed to get in touch with you I sent an email through your official site and with no minutes a robot response arrived saying that my request was successfully delivered.
I have to admit that there is a possibility that you are not to be blamed for missing card. Unfortunately, in the neighborhood where I am living there are a spate of thefts and it is said that some thieves steal cards from the mailbox. Taking into consideration the fact that my car was stolen I am asking you to block the card and immediately to inform me.
