Please can you help me make my message sound better?
Hi there, I'm writing this letter to a railcard company - and I want to make it sound better in orer to b taken more seriously. English is my second language and whilst I consider that I speak it fluently I'm aware there are still many issues with my formal writing skills. #i need help mainly with spelling, grammer and punctuation - butalso wording and general structural issue solving is also welcome! Thankyou very much!!
This is the letter: I recently purchased my 16-25 rail card and since then my inbox has been saturated with various offers and deals for rail card users. Now, this in itself isn't an issue for me, what really bothers me is that a lot of them are very good but only available to certian people. or example, recently I recieved an email with details for an offer for a great deal on restaurants in the UK, but I can't take advantage of it because I don't have a fancy smartphone that hosts apps. You seem to assume that everyone taking advantage of your rail card will have access to that sort of technology, and whilst lots of people do - a huge number are left neglected and ignored - its more than one offer, i've noticed before that an offer has been quite good but the catch is to download this app, or fill in this apple survey or scan this smartphone code. It's really annoying because you guys don't seem to think about the people without that stuff. I'd love to get 50% off all my meals in 6000 restaurents in the UK, but wait! I can't download the free, no print-outs app. I suggest that you make all your offers more accessible for everyone.
Yours Sincerely,
M Brown
