Please can someone check my answers on the following and correct me if they are wrong

I have answered the questions below, but can someone please advise if these arwe correct, Also is there more then 1 verb in any of the sentences that i have not identified. also i have idebntified the tense, but are these correct, or should they be like, past perfect, past simple etc?
Your help on this will be greatly appreciated.
