Please break this down for me.
Hi,
Would you please break down the underlined part? It is too confuisng to me.
This is from an internal document and there could be some mistakes in the sentecen in term of Enlish.

The grammar seems OK to me. (I don't know what 'FEVO' is, though.)
as measured by mean change from baseline in percent predicted FEV0. = using the measurement of the % of predicted FEVO for the average change from the baseline (the normal? the standard? the beginning measurement?)

I thought I could figure out the whole picture if I understood the underlined par, but it seems I was wrong. I am afraid, would you tell me the sentence says "what vs what"?
also, although I don't know what FEV0 either, will you rephrase the "predicted" for me? Since it doesn't say, "predicted by" I'm not sure how I should read it.
