Please break down "terms governing"

Hi,

I'm translating a webpaga from Delta, and can't be sure what the underlined part means. Would you rephrase it for me?

Air transportation on Delta and the Delta Connection carrier® is subject to Delta's conditions of carriage. They include terms governing, for example:

-- Limits on our liability for personal injury or death of passengers, and for loss, damage or delay of goods and baggage.

Thank you,

M
