Please anybody give me some feedback

Your account with College Loan Inc will be referred to a collection agency. Due to the fact that we have not received any payments from you for the last five months on the loan you took out for the balance of your tuition in the University of Pittsburg, we have no other options to encourage you to pay off your debt.

As a reminder, the due date of your first monthly payment was January 12, 2011. To this date, which is five months later, none of your payments have been received. In accordance with the loan agreement that you signed, you are legally responsible for monthly payments on the outstanding loan balance of $46.780. Failing to make these payments might be expensive and embarrassing for you.

You can still prevent us from submitting your account to the collection agency. Please make your first monthly payment of $275 within 30 days to avoid legal action being brought against you. You can do that either by sending us a check or paying online at http://www.CollegeLoan.com/users/pay.

I wrote these letters in one of my jobs. It is absolutly imperative your legal department be part of this. If I recall, it's legally required for a college loan that you explain the implications to the person's credit history.
