Identify the incorrect sentence(s)

A. The road is under repair.
B. Vehicles are diverted into other roads.
C. Two-third of the work is completed.
D. The road will be open for traffic next week.

1) A, B, D
2) B, C, D
3) A, D
4) A, C

Which one is the most suitable answer?

EDIT: My mistake. The definite article is already present in sentence 3. Also note that the correct answer choice would point to the incorrect sentences.

Is that the only incorrect sentence?

I would divert traffic ONTO other roads, not INTO.

It's a rather mysterious question. A and D seem ok to me; and I think in BrE we can say "diverted into other roads", if the roads are minor.

So only C seems incorrect to me. But that doesn't appear to be one of the options.

(Even if B is wrong, we don't have an option for "B and C"!)
