Please answer my question
The doctor looked uneasy with Jenna's lack of reaction to her diagnosis.
Is uneasy a natural choice here? And does it mean that her lack of reaction is surprising to the doctor and that he doesn't really know how to deal with it maybe?

Yes, but 'uneasy with Jenna's lack of ...' isn't quite right. I suspect a native speaker would phrase it differently, more directly, with a verb.
