my answer is ( knew ) and (could know)

what about had known

I wish I knew where I left my jacket.

Only 'knew' is possible, Eng_lish. The verb 'wish' when referring to a present situation always takes the subjunctive form, which looks like the past tense form.

I can't know where I left my jacket -- We do not say this.

I wish I could know where I left my jacket --No, we do not say this with 'know', which is the result of learning.

But you can use other verbs in that structure:

I can't remember where I left my jacket.

I wish I could remember where I left my jacket.
