Please answer

When we are talking this moment ,now.
Like if someone has got beat .
Should say:?

A. He is beaten
B. He was beaten 

Please the reason that why should I use this. Because my englishforum teachers have taught me to use "was"

Another way to ask 
If someone is beating him
How to say:
He is being beating or beaten 
Please explain it for me.

If someone did a thing always in the past.
Should I say:
He used to always ......
Or should be
He was always

I have ever watched a movie
Man A said: Man C is a good man.
Man B said: How do you know.
Man A replied: my master told me .

You can use the other "He is beaten" under very special conditions.
