Please answer!

We should not draw parallels between these two cases as they are completely different.
I am trying to figure out a perfect gift for a couple who has everything. In my opinion writing "couple has" is right! There are people who would write : "I am trying to figure out a perfect gift for a couple who HAVE everything".
The meeting which was scheduled for 10 Novemeber has been postponed to 25 November. OR the meeting which was scheduled to take place on 10 Novemeber has been postponed to 25 November.
