Please allow me to ask four questions.

1. What's the meaning of "art" in the following sentence: 'Acquire ART that your grandchildren will fight over.'

Is "ART" synonymous with "SKILL" like piano playing or playing baseball?

2. What do being a passenger and being a pilot in the following second sentence mean?

'Time flies. Are you a passenger or pilot?'

I understand being a passenger means being passive whereas being a pilot means having control over one's life.

Am I right?

3. Is the verb "slow dance" in 'Good luck slow dances with the prepared' synonymous with "favor"?

4. Life's little instruction on June 12 goes: Never take a first date to a Renaissance Festival. Please tell me what's wrong with a Renaissance Festival.

I'm sorry to ask so many questions, but I'd appreciate it very much if you wouldn't mind answering them. Thank you.
