Please advise me the difference.

Hello,

A. He advised the team to take a day off either after the sales event or during the first week of June.

B. He advised the team to take a day off after the sales event or during the first week of June.

What difference is made in the sentence with or without 'either'?

I'd appreciate your help.

Regards,
