Which one is correct?

A1. "The flight will delay one hour."

A2. "The flight will be delayed one hour."

- Do I need to use passive voice in this sentence?

B1. "The flight will delay to 5:00pm."

B2. "The flight is announced to delay to 5:00pm."

- "is announced to delay..." used naturally in this sentence?

- the preposition "to" is used correctly?
