PLEASE ACCESS MY WRITING PART 2, thank you!!

Topic: Some universities now offer their courses on the internet so that
people can study online. Is this a positive or negative development?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays, the advent of cutting-edge technology entails the advancement of
education. Several higher institutions promote their curriculum on the web in order
to help learners study online. In my opinion, I incline this as a negative development
because of numerous merits.
To begin with, virtual classrooms reduce the efficiency of study progress. The
first reason is that, students are susceptible to distractions and interruptions. This is
because almost children are extrinsic-motivated that they are prone to game
addiction without teacher’s supervision. Second, learning via online is less interactive
that face-to-face leaning. Since teenagers cannot use their sensory and motor skills,
they may not grasp the knowledge of lesson as thoroughly as possible. Third, the
Internet bandwidth is unstable in some cases, which badly impacts on the way the
young, especially the pupils living off the beaten track, understand the lesson.
More seriously, E-learning leads to sedentary life among adolescents. Firstly,
it prevents students from having social activities such as sports, chatting. As the
result, they become more and more inactive, which not only causes many illnesses,
typically obesity but also makes them isolated from society. Additionally, due to
staring at computer screen frequently, both teachers and learners are vulnerable to
eye strain and suffered from short-sighted disease.
In conclusion, although it is undeniable that technology brings us much
convenience in study, it downsides has its potential which decreases human living
standard. Therefore, I do believe that if we work out reasonable solutions, we can
minimize its drawbacks and maximize its benefits.
