Please correct me if i am wrong .

As far as i know english sentences must have sequence of time .

PAST FORM againts present perfect ?is'n it? OR past perefect againts present perfect?

I would be appreciated if some one give me more information.

As far as i know english sentences must have sequence of time . Sequence of time - is the wrong term. I think you meant "tenses"

(1) Present, present perfect, will, wil have.

(2) Past, past perfect, would, would have.
