We noted from our customer that the reworked cargo was only 100pcs ready for inspection, which is a big difference between your advised that there have 90%. Therefore, they refuse to inspect these incomplete cargos yesterday. According to their company policy, this is not accepted to arrange 3 times inspection within one week. We are begging our customer to do this extra inspection for you today afternoon to catch up the vessel closing on Jul 20. Therefore, please have the goods inspected by you own QC and make sure there is no any problem prior to customer inspection. We are surprised that this is not a new order but why the arrangement is in a mess? Finally, will hold you are responsible for any air freight or late penalty caused from our customer.
