i need some help to write an email

i am a student and i have an assianment which is writing an email and i dont know how to do it perfect

situation: you are the assistant manager of Bio-pharm, a pharmaceuticals company.

your boss is on a business trip but is in email contact with you.

there are problems with the computer network. you think it is a virus but have no idea what action to take or to contact.
