Pleas, check the underlined parts

Part of the principal loan is repaid from the selling price and simultaneous reconstruction of buildings at 10 Oak Blvd. 10 and 9 Wood Street is financed from it as well.

Are underlined parts correct? Meaning: one property is sold and from the money acquired from this transaction loan is repayed and reconstruction of two buildings is financed. are there any changes necessary?

thanks

Hi Yes, 'from' is right there, just as you have used it. Maybe the second sentence is clearer if you have the properties in numerical order and use the plural ... - 9 and 10 Wood Street are financed from it as well.
