Here are some words relating to law that I want to know:
1.When someone pleads guity, does it mean this accused person admits he/she did it?
2.She pleads the First Amendment rights. What does 'plead' here mean?
3.What does testimony mean? Does it mean evidence?
4.When you testify, it means you give evidence against yourself? Is it the same as 'self-incrimination' which is an accusation that incriminates yourself ?
Thanks for help.
