Play on words

I want to ask about this article (http://www.morningstaronline.co.uk/a-8dc8-Labour-Leave-quits-Vote-Leave-for-being-in-grip-of-the-right)
The combination of words in it's article reminds me of the word combination "trick of the light".So is it a play on words?

Also could anyone give me some more examples of play on words from newspapers...please.
