Plastic surgery

My friend has a picture of her plastic surgery procedure and she wants to show us, so that we change our minds about getting the procedure.

I say:

I think picture would/will make them change their minds.

Please tell me what to use?

Instead of asking about, apparently, every possible conversation or talk situation out there, try to understand the underlying theme for properly using tenses in expressions. That would be better than to repeatedly post questions about the same idea, each time being wrapped in a new example.. .

You'll always hear new things, but the concept stays the same. Good luck.
