Plant is a combination of Processes(involving a vast Chemical Change) where there may not be any apparent indication of the Input Materials, vs the Output. Power plant (say Thermal of Fossil Fuel) has an Input of Coal and Water basically. But the output is Electricity, which has no apparent link with Input. Same with Steel Plant.
