Plan and perfection

Hi,

What is the idiomatic expression that uses 'plan' and 'perfection' in the following way:
"Plan...blah blah... perfection."
I've heard it somewhere but can't recall the full sentence.

And also, some other similar expressions to " plan every single detail",
is it '' plan to the last detail" ?

Thank you!

Thank you for your reply, but what about "plan to the last detail"?
