Plagiarism in letter writting
Some one wirtes a letter and in this letter he is giving reference of a letter of some other person, how we can define plagiarism in this process?

If he gives a reference to the other letter, then it is not plagiarism. If he pretends that all of it is his own letter, then he has plagiarized the other writer.
