Placing the next position

hi friends

please correct this letter. this letter related placing the next positon of team leader.

Based on resignation by the team leader suresh has been decided next team leader as kumar. basically kumar is belonging to the DC Department. he is know some what in the process. based on this knowlege how it is possible to manage the Team . He is doesnt know the software knowledge.

kumar is having less experience and less age to compare to other sofware engineers. Offiicially, he is not transfer to IT department.

kumar is the fresher in software and age wise and experienced wise is not suitable for team leader.

here i convey with you that my side iam not accept the position of team leader as kumar.

we have a good experience comparing to kumar , why you not consider our experience . as per company procedure . have you accept this decision
