Please evaluate the three sentences below in terms of naturalness.

(A) On the Earth, there are still various places which people cannot reach easily.

(B) On the Earth, there are still various places which people have difficulty reaching.

(C) On the Earth, there are still various places which it is difficult for people to reach.

The first two are good. Sentence C is not correct.

I'm not sure. Does it sound unnatural? I thought that would be better because it would add the nuance "though we feel the world has become much smaller today." How should I have put it?
