Placement of usually

(1) He is so busy with his work that he usually can take only one five minute break.(2) He is so busy with his work that he can usually take only one five minute break. (3) His work usually can be stressful.(4) His work can usually be stressful. Did I put "sometimes" in the correct positions in the sentences? Thanks for your help.
