Placement of the words 'week' and 'hour'

I am going to make up two pairs of similar questions.


(1a) How much do you make an hour?

(1b) How much an hour do you make?


(2a) How many days do you go to the gym a week?

(2b) How many days a week do you go to the gym?


I always have a hard time putting these words in the right position? Please help me. Thanks a lot.
