Placement of recently in a present perfect continuous sentence

Hi everyone!

Julius has recently been practicing his backhand.

Generally, I place adv between the have and main verb. In other cases, I either put them in the beginning of the sentence or the very end.

Recently, Julius has been practicing his backhand.

Julius has been practicing his backhand recently.
