Placement of completely - help you with

Hi,

Since i don't speak or write in english on a daily basis, i think that im starting to forget stuff...

here i go:

1. Which one is correct: a) we completely understand b) we understand completely
is there a general rule for this placement?
2. Is it help you with everything you need?

Is there a book that anyone can recommend regarding questions like these?

To my ear, We understand completely is the more neutral form, and We completely understand seems to emphasize the word completely . Neither is grammatically wrong. We will help you with everything (or anything ) you need.
