Placement of adverbial clauses?

Hi. Could you comment on what I said in regard to the following sentences?

1. XXX Academy, celebrating our XXth anniversary, is pleased to offer this. -- I think we could very well have a sentence in which the part underlined is to be used as an essential element (essential clause?) and do away with commas. I feel the part underlined could very well be moved to the front of the sentence without much difference like this: Celebrating our XXth anniversary, XXX Academy is pleased to offer this.

2. Its valuable content, presented by two professionals from abroad, covers a variety of topics. -- Unlike the sentence above, I feel the part underlined could not be made as an essential element (essential clause?), but I also feel, as the one above, the part underlined could be moved to the front like this: Presented by two professionals from abroad, its valuable content covers a variety of topics.
