2.. The purchase order may be placed with M/s XYZ.
3. The purchase order may be placed on M/s XYZ.

Which one is correct?

It (M/s) is abbreviation for 'Messrs' , usually used before the title of the company.

Not in the United Kingdom.

Even 'Messrs', when it is used with a company name is used only if that name that comprises the names of more than one person - Messrs Postule & Wormwood, for example. We would not say Messrs Postule.
