Place of "for"

Hello. I am unsure about where to place "for comments" in this sentence:

Jack sent us for comments a list of questions on the choice of the food for the party that will be sent to all participants.
or:
Jack sent us a list of questions on the choice of the food for the party that will be sent to all participants for comments.

Many thanks for giving me the right answer.

Jack sent us his proposed list of questions about the choice of food for the party that will be sent to all participants and asked for comments.

or would this be better:

Jack sent us his proposed list of questions about the choice of food that will be sent to all participants and asked for comments.

This one is poor because we read the verb as "sent and asked"
Also, it implies that the food will be sent to the participants.
