Pl help with commas

Pl tell me if the commas in the sentences below are ok.

1. Have you, at any point of time, felt a vague uneasiness about your future?
2. For instance, you lose a substantial sum in the markets.
3. And even if you did, would you prefer high stakes this time? So, fear slows you down to the extent that you consciously lose great opportunities to succeed in life.
4. Since fear acts as a negative factor and pulls you down, let’s see if there is any way it can be handled or, whether it should be handled at all in the first place.
5. So, you may throw up your hands and say, “Why handle something that is a natural reaction and moreover, basic survival instinct?”
6. Simply go through it in a detached manner; watch how it blows up situations/events or opinions and feeds on itself.

I will be extremely grateful for your responses.
