Pinky face?

Hi,

When a person drank some wine and his face turn red.

Can I say, "You got a pinky face"? If it's not correct, how do I say this?

Thanks!

No. You can say 'You've got a red face' or 'Your face is red' if it's a friend. Most people do not like attention called to their complexion after they've been drinking.
