In some contexts:

You want a piece of me?
Do you want to attack me, do you want to fight? Common, and get it (a beating).

Thanks for replying....There are many different verbs that take different forms of verbs-ing ,to infinitive or bare infinitive...They make me confused...so sometimes I wanna know the reason why they have different forms of verbs...Enlgish is difficult to learn...

and I still wonder why "piece of me" means negative meaning like attack , fight or word that means accusing..

You want a piece of me = you want (to bite/cut) a piece out of me? But the immediacy and directness of the former is what the latter lacks.

If Robert DeNiro had said it, I would have assumed "do you want to fight?"

But given that the little former pop princess sang it, Mr. M's sense of "you want emotional involvement" with me makes sense.

Hi,
it has to do with paparazzi. If you want more details, you could try searching the net.

Kooyeen, my knowledge of Ms. Spears (and her sister) is already about tenfold what I would wish it to be without actively searching out more!

? I don't mind people keeping me waiting.  ? I don't mind people keeping me wait..

I think both of them are wrong.

"mind" should follow by a V-ing directly. If there's a the other Subject, I would consider it a clause.

The sentense would be I don't mind (if) people keep me waiting. "people keep me waiting" is a clause in this case and "if" is omitted.
