Picture writing

When Bill was biking on the road, he found that the scenery of the park which surrounded him was so beautiful that he couldn’t help but smile with glee. Suddenly, a dog rushed out to the road in front of him and Bill couldn’t slow down in such a short time which had Bill bump into the dog. A man then ran in a flurry to the dog and looked totally lost. The accident overwhelmed Bill and his mind went blank at that moment.
However, the man started to blame Bill for not driving carefully and led to the incident. The man was so assured that Bill almost believed that he was the wrong one, and yet Bill discovered the warning sign which made mention of keeping dogs on a leash when walking with dogs. Bill advised the man what he should do first was calling a vet instead of blaming anyone for his own mistake, because the sign over there indicated clearly and the dog had no chain. Eventually, the man left with anger without saying anything. The accident also reminded Bill being more careful whether it is his fault or not.
