Physiotherapy

Hi,

This might seem like a stupid question but do you say that you 'go to a physiotherapy' or 'go to physiotherapy'?

Would it then be: "Please, call me later, I am at a physio." or "Please, call me later, I'm at physio."?

Thank you.
